Federal Signal’s dominance of the Municipal Market began in the 1950’s with the introduction of the Federal Signal Thunderbolt Siren. The T-Bolt set the standard for Outdoor Warning with it’s powerful rumbling tone.
Over 50 years later thousands of these units are still operation today, in cities all over the world including Dallas and Amarillo here in Texas. The longevity of Federal Signal products is seen across the world in the form of T-Bolts, 2T22s, 3T22s, Model 5s, Model 2s and a long list of other Federal Signal sirens installed over 25 years ago, and still warning the world today.
